This full day includes visit of Cetinje, Lovcen Mausoleum and Njegusi village.
After meeting your guide at the pier, you walk to your awaiting private car/minibus/coach which will take you to Njegusi, a quiet mountain village which gave rise to the Petrovic – Njegos clan. Njegusi is famous for its air-dried ham (Njeguski prsut), flat bread (Lepinja) and cheese (Njeguski Sir). Coffee break and chance to buy or sample the local specialties.

After short brake, you will proceed to Lovcen, where you can visit the mausoleum of Petar II Petrovic Njegos. Mausoleum is located on height of 1660 m and it was built according the idea of Croatian sculptor Ivan Mestrovic, on the place where Njegos built a small church-chapel with a desire to be buried in it. The chapel was reconstructed in 1974, and the mausoleum was built.

The tour continues to Cetinje, the old Montenegro capital which is located just below the tips of Lovcen, at 680m above sea level. Cetinje was the last strong point of Ivan Crnojevic. Here he built a Palace in 1482, and two years later the Cetinje Monastery. Above the Monastery is the Tabalja Tower, and at the town square the fortified Biljarda Palace. Of the significant buildings in Cetinje it is inevitable to mention the Duke's Palace and the street in which were once located all diplomatic missions of the great powers.
